Flowers
My black tulips are ready to bloom, and my rockass bleeding hearts have all ready bloomed. I'd love to have a blue bleeding heart as well, but they're impossible to find around here, so pink it is. My neighbor at the end of the building (I live in a 6 unit townhouse thing) has a white bleeding heart, but no blue ones are to be found.

Nifty rock

OK, the first week of driver's ed is over. I changed the in-car portion of my training to Saturday and Sunday 1-3, instead of 8A-noon on Saturday. That's much better.

Week one of driver's ed is almost finished. Today is the last day for the first week, and I've actually learned a lot of stuff. Tomorrow, Friday, I have to get my physical, get fingerprinted and run to downtown Canton and get a copy of my driving abstract. Fun times for all involved (me and the Birdy.) Saturday from 8AM-noon will be my first 4 hours of in-car driving observation. I hope my life insurance is paid because I'll be in the backseat (safest place to be) while a student driver tools around with the driving instructor (Sue, one of the owners.)
I attempted the maneuverability course last night after class, and was doing well except when I nailed the cone right before I finished the course. I am not taking the test in the Camaro or Firebird. Instead I'll take the test in one of the school's Cavaliers. I even have to retake the written portion of the test. Bah!!
I must have this bike. Morgan wants a 20" freestyle bike, but I prefer mountain bikes. It even has shocks at the front and rear! How awesome is that? The last bike I had was an old-school 10 speed, with the curved handlebars. I am that old-school. So yeah, after I have been at my new job for a couple months, I'm buying that bike. Woo!
Speaking of Wal-Mart, they have some of the cutest Dickies brand watches, and they're only $10!
Must do laundry and run to the post office. I have driver's ed from 6P-9P tonight. Teehee!

So yeah, I get to take my driver's license test all over again. I started training yesterday for my new job as a licensed driving instructor, and that's part of the licensing procedure for the state of Ohio. So yeah, Morgan and I are going to practice maneuverability tomorrow (Wednesday) before class. Woo!!
Went to the junkyard today (see MoBlog for photos.) We found the Z28 logos for the Camaro, shift knob and emergency brake handles and the antenna for my Birdy's stereo. I'll be able to use my antenna balls again! That's the only use for an antenna, since I never listen to the radio.

Insomnia Much?
Yeah, I'm still up. Anyway, I straightened up most of my room, and the majority of the posters are off the wall and stored in my closet. I love how I get the urge to clean my room at 3AM. In any event, my closets are straight, as are my desk/desk area and my drawer thingie. You know I took photos cause I'm that kind of dork.

Notice the unused desktop computer, complete with monitor! Yeah, do you think I have a problem with too much stuff? No, never. The worst part is that clusterfuck of a desk/bookshelf is actually clean and straight. I should have taken a before photo. I can't wait until my Mom buys a different desk so I can set my laptop up with the scanner and laser printer I ganked from Morgan. I don't use her desktop system, and she's been mouthing off about putting it in the living room, along with that big-assed desk. Bah, I hate all those wires too, but they're a necessary evil until I get the wireless stuff for the house. Must buy a computer chair as well. The old one broke and we never bought a new one because that's the same time I bought the laptop.
I think I'll try sleeping now.

Have I mentioned how much I can't stand Morgan's Mom? No? Holy ass, people are dumb. I have some shoes on eBay (big surprise) and this woman emailed me with two questions. The first question was, "Would you still like to sell the shoes? I would be interested in them." The second question was "What size are the yellow ones?" First of all, if I didn't want to sell the shoes would they be on eBay? Secondly, everything is in the auction. Why email me with inane questions that are all answered simply by reading the auction terms? I'm sure the next email will ask how much I want for the shoes. Soulseek is being gay. All I want is the Knight Rider theme so I can burn it to a CD, but nooooooo, that's too much to ask. Morgan has all of my CD's, and I need the Knight Rider theme! Yeah, I ghetto-rigged a CD player in my Firebird. The good old portable CD player with car kit trick. Looks like ass, but it's better than no CD player. I still have the Sony head unit from my GTI, but Morgan swears my console will fall apart if we swap stereos, so the tape player it is for me.
Camaro's getting a 305 V8 engine. 70K miles, the engine is free courtesy of one of the mechanics where Morgan works. Yeah, we rock.
There's a 99 Trans Am at work that Morgan could get for nothing down and $100 a month, but I guess insurance is $2000 every 6 months because of his age. Doesn't that suck ass? Poor Morgan.
Finally Soulseek decided to give me what I need. About damn time.
My bleeding hearts have bloomed, but I think this ass weather is going to kill them, along with my rockass tulips. Fuck Ohio!
We had the carpet cleaned today, woohoo.
Guess I'm leaving here at 7:30PM in order to arrive in Strongsville by 9PM. It shouldn't take me that long, though, since traffic will be much lighter on 77N that time of night.
I love my Firebirdy.
Still no word from my doctor about my TSH level. Guess I have to wait until Monday to start Synthroid.
Lane Byrant now has Seven Jeans, because you know, a 33" waist is sooooooo huge, and needs to be plus-sized. Fucking craziness.
I should wash my comforters today and put them away for the summer. But then it'd snow in July and I'd freeze to death. Have I mentioned how much I hate Ohio???

Well All Right
We're so damned exciting. Morgan was given two brand new tires at work on Monday; Goodyear Eagle RS-A's.

So, he tore out my headliner and the interior door panels. The headliner was sagging and blowing all over the place, so we're not going to bother trying to repair it. The interior panels are in the basement awaiting a thorough cleaning, then they'll go back on the car.

I painted my fingernails. I never paint my fingernails, but I was bored so I figured it was a good time to do such a thing. I used Hard Candy's Trailer Trash. My absolute favorite nail polish color (a cool metallic silver.) I'm sure I'll wind up removing it soon, but it looks OK for now.
Went to the doctor yesterday. They drew blood to check my TSH (thyroid) levels, and I was given a bag of Zyrtec for allergies, and a bag of Ultracet (Ultram) for arthritis pain. Once my TSH level comes back, I'll start on Synthroid. Apparently my feeling of crappiness was because of allergies since I feel better today after only having taken 2 Zyrtec.
Morgan got me a better stereo from work for the Birdy. Now if only I had the tape adapter for my CD player, I'd be in business.
Have a funding orientation thing tomorrow afternoon, yay me. Then my Mom and I may get the girls' cedar chests tomorrow. It'll take 3 days for them to be delivered, so we need to get going on this shit.
