The heat at my house is wonky; we were without heat for 6 hours this evening. The electrician checked it out and told us to not use the dryer until he installs a new main breaker. I guess there goes my catching up on laundry idea.

Oh yeah, I wound up not getting that position after all. I was told if I made it to a meeting with the VP, I had the job. When the guy called me to schedule my meeting with the VP he told me it was a formality and I had the position. Well guess what? He's a fucking liar just like everyone else who promises me things. That is why I hate people, and don't believe anything anyone fucking tells me.
